With the Zero-Pass design, you forgo the redundancy of a classic nato. Just like any 2 piece strap or bracelet, if a spring bar fails, the strap will not save your watch. Thus we recommend using new spring bars especially if you do not know the age and condition of existing spring bars.  

* Rolex watches have very small clearance for straps, we recommend curved spring bars when fitting the Zero-Pass strap to a Rolex watch.

For international customers, please investigate your country's customs fees before purchase as this is not included in your payment. If you refuse a package at customs, you will be charged for any return/storage/processing fees. 

Domestic Shipping:

As a small creator business, every order means the world to us. Running a shop comes with many costs, and because of this, we have to implement restocking fees within the US. We are not able to accommodate international returns/exchanges.

• Returns

  • International returns are NOT possible due to customs limitations.
  • Domestic US returns are accepted for store credit.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.

  Exchanges 

  • International exchanges are NOT possible due to customs limitations.
  • Domestic US Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
